Please note we are a departmentalized salon, all color services and haircut and/or styling services will be booked with separate technicians. If help is needed on coordination or an appointment is not available, please contact your technician directly or email us at email@example.com. We also ask that you book your color services, prior to your style services.
Our goal is to meet and surpass your expectations, however in the event you are not fully satisfied with your service we will do everything in our power to rectify the appointment. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
Appointments may be cancelled or altered through the Vagaro app, email, or with your technician directly. Please respect our time and allow 24 hours for cancellation, so we may appropriately accommodate all of our guests. If arriving 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to modification based on technicians availability.
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), debit cards, personal checks and cash.
